The Challenge

Meta Ads Manager is unintuitive for non-marketers, especially in industries like healthcare. Creative tools are disconnected, requiring users to design ads outside and re-upload. Monitoring ad performance required switching between Meta dashboards, spreadsheets, and email notifications. Lack of real-time alerts led to budget overruns or missed opportunities. No central place to manage ads across pages, audiences, and creatives.
