• Facebook and Instagram app development
• Meta app approval assistance
• API consulting and technical support
• Custom software development
• SaaS development and maintenance

3. Service Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate agreement or statement of work. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.

3.2 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies (such as Meta approval processes).

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary access to systems and accounts
• Compliance with Meta's terms of service and policies

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

All fees are as agreed upon in the project agreement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for ongoing services.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work completed cannot be refunded, but unused portions of prepaid services may be eligible for refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and applications developed specifically for their project, excluding any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or tools.

5.2 Service Provider Rights

We retain rights to general methodologies, know-how, and any improvements to our existing tools and frameworks developed during the project.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless specifically prohibited by the client.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, particularly regarding third-party approvals (such as Meta app approvals).

7.2 Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Third-Party Dependencies

Many of our services depend on third-party platforms (particularly Meta/Facebook). We are not responsible for changes in third-party policies, API limitations, or approval processes that may affect project outcomes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed. Client will receive all work products completed and paid for up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
