The Challenge
Agencies and influencers often juggle multiple Instagram accounts without a streamlined way to reply to DMs, schedule posts, or track engagement from one place. Lack of built-in reposting and scheduling tools made workflows inefficient and scattered. Managing different roles and access levels (Admin, Blogger, Client) was challenging without a permission-controlled system. Contract tracking and brand collaboration records were maintained outside the platform in spreadsheets or email chains.
