Screencasts Not Demonstrating Full Functionality: The screencasts didn't show clear creation of campaigns, ads, or published posts. Some permissions (like pages_manage_posts or ads_management) were listed without a visible, working flow. Reviewer Couldn't Complete Ad Creation: Due to missing or misconfigured test credentials, reviewers couldn't actually publish ads or access test payment settings. Unclear Test Instructions: The reviewers weren't given steps to replicate ad flows, use AI features, or test post promotion. There were also no pre-filled materials as claimed. Irrelevant Permission Request: pages_read_user_content was flagged as unnecessary due to lack of use in app features.

Created detailed, step-by-step screencasts demonstrating: Facebook Page connection, Creating a post and promoting it as an ad, Creating a campaign, ad set, and ad, Using custom/Lookalike audiences, Publishing lead forms, Viewing post/page insights, Generating ads using the "Get Data From Website" AI tool.

Test Environment Preparation

Set up a Facebook Business Manager with: A working ad account in test mode, A test Page with several published posts, Pre-created lead forms, A linked Instagram account, Payment setup or test-mode explanation.

Included clear, bullet-style instructions: Where to click, Which account to use, What to test and what output to expect.

Mapped each permission to an actual in-app feature with screenshots: ads_management โ†’ Full campaign/ad creation, pages_manage_posts โ†’ Creating posts from the app, pages_manage_ads โ†’ Boosting Page posts, read_insights / pages_read_engagement โ†’ Viewing campaign and post performance, business_management โ†’ Connecting Business Manager assets.
